About me

Hello, my name is Mike Schwendeman and I’m a proud family man with over 30 years of hands on experience in the construction industry. From framing homes, commercial tenant finish outs, demolition, to finishing details, I’ve done most residential, and a decent amount commercial construction services, and I bring that same care and craftsmanship to every service I offer today. One of my specialties is efficient, responsible junk removal and construction debris hauling because I know how important it is to leave a job site, residence, commercial environment, clean, safe, and ready for what’s next.

In addition to my construction background, I also have 7 years of professional moving experience, particularly in high end homes. That means I know how to remove furniture, appliances, and contents with precision, without scuffing walls, scratching floors, or damaging trim and paint. I treat every home like it’s my own.

Whether it’s hauling debris from a remodel, clearing out a garage, or carefully emptying a home for sale, I’m here to make the process smooth, respectful, and reliable.
